Understanding The Sales Chasing Pipeline
In 2018 30.6% of all house sales in England and Wales fell through before completion. The Sales Chasing Pipeline is designed to keep your customers up to date every step of their purchase journey to try and keep this figure to a minimum. Your Active Agent system will automatically send out a Sales Progress Update at every stage of the process.
Also, your Estate Agency proposal informs potential vendors of this additional feature to help you convert more.

Using The Sales Chasing Pipeline
Once the Vendors deal has reached the OFFER ACCEPTED stage of the Vendors pipeline you are now ready to move it to the SALES CHASING PIPELINE.
In the relevant deal, change the PIPELINE dropdown to SALES CHASING and Stage to the Stage required and save.
Now every time you move the Vendors deal into each stage the Active Agent system will automatically send a branded Sales Progress Update to your customer.
Once your vender has completed their property sale they will be moved into the COMPLETED STAGE.
Change the deal status to WON. This can be done by dragging the deal up above the stage titles where won and lost sections will appear. Or we recommend opening up the deal and writing a note in the notes section, then within the status dropdown change from open to WON. See Understanding The Anniversary Pipeline.
If you wish you can add purchasers to the Sales Chasing Pipeline. Just create a new deal directly in the Sales Chasing Pipeline.
This will not trigger the Welcome nurture journey.
You will find two benefits by doing this.
1. Less chance of fallthrough due to lack of contact
2. Your purchasers will also enter the Anniversary Pipeline for recontact in 1,2 and 3 years time.
Remember to gain GDPR authorisation before entering purchasers.
